When this hero's health and mana go down to a certain caliber, they cease to regenerate on their own (item regeneration is still in thought). After another caliber, they begin to degenerate slowly. There are then 3 more calibers of degeneration, all leading to his eventual death (if nothing is done). The final caliber is very fast, so once it's hit, nothing will really stop it unless you have some sort of nuke-heal.
